Imagine a romantic wedding on Catalina Island, where natural beauty meets timeless elegance. The day unfolds with unforgettable moments across some of the island’s most iconic locations—Mt. Ada, the Catalina Casino, and the Descanso Beach Club—creating a storybook celebration.
Intimate Moments at Mt. Ada
Perched high above Avalon, Mt. Ada serves as the breathtaking backdrop for the couple’s pre-wedding preparations. The historic former Wrigley mansion, with its sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and harbor, offers a serene, intimate start to the day. From getting ready to a special first look of bride and groom on a private balcony over looking the harbor you couldn’t ask for a better backdrop.
A quick stop at Catalina Casino.
The couple shares a quick portrait session beneath the towering columns and mosaic dome, they exchange quiet words and soft smiles, surrounded by the grandeur of Avalon’s most iconic landmark. Photos capture their joy against the backdrop of the sparkling harbor and historic architecture.
Evening: Ceremony & Reception at Descanso Beach Club
As the sun dips toward the horizon, guests gather at Descanso Beach Club, where the ceremony takes place right by the shoreline. The couple says “I do” with the rhythmic sound of waves and the golden glow of twilight blessing the moment.
The celebration flows seamlessly into the reception, with beautiful decor to create an elegant yet relaxed coastal ambiance. Once the party gets started they had an amazing band that brought the energy needed for this crowd.
This Catalina Island wedding blends refined beauty with coastal charm—an unforgettable experience of love, light, and seaside celebration.
